Nothing open right now.
We're a small team of engineers, builders, and riders in Skokie, IL and Bellingham, WA. We design the lights, mold the parts, build them, ship them, and answer the phone when something breaks. When we hire, it's because we need someone who can figure things out on their own and doesn't need a department to do it.
No open roles at the moment. If you think you'd fit anyway, send a resume and a short note about yourself to careers@outboundlighting.com. A real person reads every one. Yes, we can tell if you used ChatGPT.
