Let there be light
All of the reviews are spot on. In the two weeks that I have been using Outboard lights I have logged nearly 70 miles. As a “more power is better” kind of person my first week was mainly on ‘high beam’ but later decided to try adaptive mode and actually forgot I was not on high.
This kit will light up nearly as bright as my cars low beams and there is no way you will outride these lights. I have bombed downhill and comfortably clocked 15mph in the pitch black woods

Evo and portal combo
Been on two rides seems to work as expected. My one complaint is (possibly a user error) the way the evo mounts to the bar it sits right in line with the cables.
Good news! We have an accessory just for that exact need, as we've found the majority of bikes don't run directly into cable intereference issues, but some very much do, so the Cable Manager below should help at ton with this:

Rock Solid Mounting
A good light isn’t so good if it’s bouncing up and down on all the time. That’s why we made a bolt-on clamp mount for Evo. It’s solidly locked to the bar and the beam won’t shake around like lights with rubber strap mounts do.
It's an easy one-handed quick-release process to pop Trail Evo off post-ride to charge.

Thermally Engineered
