So many of you wanted to be able to mount our lights underneath your bike computers that we created this nifty little adapter. All the guts of our Quick Release Handlebar Mount that comes with Detour and Evo, but to work with an Action Camera mount.
This works with our Detour light the best.
This can work upside down or right side up, there is no wrong way, the light will always be positioned correctly.
I’ve used many lights over the years and have finally found lights that work incredibly good and battery life is great! I can see everything with these lights when riding trails at night and very early morning before sunrise.
I only use Outbound lights when I go out on the trails at night. It's insane how much light they cast for their relatively small size. The Outbound team was also incredibly patient with me when helping me find the right handlebar mount. No other option, in my opinion!
I'm super-happy with how this light has been working for me on my pre-dawn winter rides. Not surprising since it was designed and manufactured in the U.S. by some true bike light engineering nerds. The light feels quite durable, but if anything ever happens to it I have confidence in Outbound's warranty. Glad I went with a "buy once, cry once" approach on this one.

I do the majority of my riding each year after dark. Kids, work, the stupid sun setting by 4:30 half the year, that sorta stuff. I used to hate my lights, hot spots, poor depth, poor throw, poor peripheral. Then I saw Syd and Macky using these lights and figured I’d give ‘em a shot. Now, I have mounts on all of my bikes so no matter what sort of riding I’m going for, I can quickly throw my lights on and roll. And everything you’ve heard about the customer service being top notch is spot on. I wish they made a rear light!
