I have used these lights for several rides. They have performed flawlessly. They are solid, and well constructed. The pattern of illumination is exactly as described on the website, and this allows one to see the trail from the wheel and on out distally. This is important when coming over a short ridge and into a drop. Easily the best lighting system I have had.

No regrets
I have used my lights set about 10 times so far. Both the Evo and Hangover lights are very sturdy, easy to mount to my handlebar and helmet, and give great visibility for nighttime mountain biking. The handlebar mount is made of plastic, but so far it has not broken despite the constant shaking that riding on irregular terrain involves. This set was quite pricy for my budget, and I was disappointed that a complimentary protective pouch was not included, but I still am very pleased with these lights and my only regret was not having bought them sooner. I highly recommend this set.

As advertised!
While this is my 1st dabble into night riding & thus have no previous models to compare to, I am blown away by the quality & brightness! This being set on the adaptive mode to save battery. Snapped a few pics & all friends accused me of cheating driving a vehicle onto the trail (they’re that good). Only somewhat negative would be cost but hey, you get what you pay for 😉
Pushing your bike as hard as you do in the daytime requires some intense design requirements. A wide field of view, ability to see downrange and recognize objects quickly, and more importantly, an unbroken wall of light to keep your mind sharp and focused.

We meticulously tune our beam patterns in-house with LucidShape software over hundreds of hours to create a custom optic design for every light we make. These aren’t off-the-shelf flashlight reflectors with simple round spot beams.

Rock Solid Mounting
A good light isn’t so good if it’s bouncing up and down on all the time. That’s why we made a bolt-on clamp mount for Evo. It’s solidly locked to the bar and the beam won’t shake around like lights with rubber strap mounts do.
It's an easy one-handed quick-release process to pop Trail Evo off post-ride to charge.
Hangover uses the tried-and-tested action camera mount to securely mount to your helmet just like cameras have for years.

Thermally Engineered
High power bike lights get hot, that is why we use our engineering prowess to keep them cool. Utilizing another industry first, we collect air through a scoop underneath the light, and pass it through the light, cooling all nine LED's on Trail Evo that are spread apart to balance the heat load.
