I was worried as this light has a lower lumen count than some other lights but the quality and projection of the light is spot on! My only complaint, they should include the wire routing kit as part of the light package and not an additional item.

Just buy these, they are fantastic.
Everyone I know that mountain bikes owns these lights, and so I grabbed a set. My first test was at Brown County, IN. They worked fabulously. I am very happy with them. I also ended up buying the carrying case- which is great to protect them off the bike and keep them organized- who doesn’t love organization and knowing where your gear is at when you need it? I know I do. Additionally, I can give an A+ to their customer service because I reached out to them after my BF broke his mount. They were quick to respond and sent him a replacement right away.
Now here is the bad- my BF other thinks it’s hilarious when he occasionally turns them on while pointing them at me. So, if you were wondering to yourself…are these lights bright? I can assure you that THEY ARE and they WILL blind you, but only for a little while and then you can go riding.

Outbound owes me new friends.
Before this light, I had riding buddies. Now I have witnesses. I flipped it on during a group ride and instantly ended all friendships behind me; everyone within a 40-foot radius was struck blind like biblical plagues.
“Dude, turn it down!” they yelled. I would’ve, but I couldn’t find the switch — it had fused with the handlebar from sheer radiance. Birds started migrating early. Streetlamps powered off out of shame. My Strava said I averaged 73 mph because the satellite thought I was a comet. Outbound didn’t make a bike light; they crafted a weaponized photon cannon. I’m thinking of naming mine “The Truth.”
The light didn’t just reveal the trail — it exposed my childhood insecurities and unpaid parking tickets.Would I recommend it? Absolutely. But only if you’re ready to register yourself as a Class IV celestial body with the FAA.

The absolute best lights I have ever ridden with. So tired of the lights out there that claim to be soooo bright, I read in another review that these were “brighter than their car lights”. I absolutely agree!!!!!!!
My only complaint……. Neither of them came with any stickers for the bike rack.

Like daytime
Have the Evo Downhill Package. These lights are so good its almost like riding in the daytime. Seriously wonder how I didn't die riding at night before, these lights are so much better. The mounting setup is great. Really love these lights.
Pushing your bike as hard as you do in the daytime requires some intense design requirements. A wide field of view, ability to see downrange and recognize objects quickly, and more importantly, an unbroken wall of light to keep your mind sharp and focused.

Rock Solid Mounting
A good light isn’t so good if it’s bouncing up and down on all the time. That’s why we made a bolt-on clamp mount for Evo. It’s solidly locked to the bar and the beam won’t shake around like lights with rubber strap mounts do.

Thermally Engineered
